Francis has brought his expertise to CrossFit among other organizations
Francis Papineau gave an outstanding talk on “Keys to Performing at Your Optimal Level.” This talk was extremely well received by members of the community as well as CrossFit members. Several athletes, coaches, and weekend warriors were in attendance. Positive feedback was received from attendees mentioning: “Great fun, very interactive and informative talk.” Others mentioned: “This would be an amazing talk to give to golf and tennis clubhouses and sports organizations.”
